David Birdsall


David serves as the President of 360 Property Partners. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and leading its strategic direction.

David has an extensive management and development background. He has overseen and led the efforts of developing and redeveloping over 8,000,000 square feet of commercial space over the last 20 years.

Prior to founding the company, David served for nine years as President of the Strategic Investment Fund division of Phillips Edison, a leading owner and operator of shopping centers. Prior to that he served 10 years as Vice-President of Development with Regency Centers (REG), a publicly traded REIT where he actively sourced and led retail development projects throughout the Midwest. He began his career as a retail leasing agent with the Midland Group, a St. Louis-based developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers.

David is a 1992 graduate of Xavier University, where he earned a B. A. in English. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where he currently serves as Chair of the CRC/ Gold product council. He is also active in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Young Presidents Organization and serves as a member of the board of Buffalo Wings and Rings and Al Neyer LLC.
